The terms of every purchase
DL Studio at dlstudio.in is run by Diloni Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”). When you buy a work here, you are buying it from us on the terms below. We’ve kept them short and plain.

1. Originals, prices and delivery
Every work is an original. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include free, insured delivery within India. We ship to Indian addresses only.
2. When your order is confirmed
An order is confirmed only when our payment partner, Razorpay, confirms your payment. If a payment fails, or you are charged twice, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
3. One work, one buyer
Each original exists only once. If two people pay for the same work at the same moment, the second payment is refunded in full.
4. All sales are final
Because every piece is a one-of-one original, all sales are final. There is one exception — a work that arrives damaged — explained in our Refund, Cancellation & Shipping policy.
5. Colours on screen
We photograph every work as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour between your screen and the painting itself are not defects.
6. Copyright
Copyright in every work stays with the artist. Buying a work gives you the work itself, not the right to reproduce it.
7. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
8. Complaints and grievance officer
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our grievance officer is Narmada Mishra, reachable at team@dilonitechnologies.in. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
