Refund, Cancellation & Shipping
Every work at DL Studio is a one-of-one original, sold by Diloni Technologies Private Limited. Here is exactly what happens after you pay — and the cases where we refund you.

All sales are final
Each work is an original, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and an order can’t be cancelled once it has been paid for.
The one exception: a work that arrives damaged
If a work reaches you damaged or broken, email team@dilonitechnologies.in within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the work and its packaging. We will replace it where possible, or refund you in full to the original payment method within 7 working days of approving your claim.
When we also refund in full
If your payment fails, you are charged twice, or we cannot fulfil your order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
Shipping
Delivery is free, insured and professionally crated, anywhere in India. We dispatch within 3–5 working days of payment and email you at each step. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch. We ship within India only.
