Your data, handled with care
DL Studio is run by Diloni Technologies Private Limited. We collect only what we need to sell you a work, deliver it and answer your questions — and we never sell it.

What we collect and why
- When you buy: your name, email, phone and delivery address (address, city and pincode) — to process your payment, deliver the work and email you order updates. Card and UPI details go straight to Razorpay, never to us.
- When you enquire: the details you type, so we can reply to you.
- When you browse: anonymous usage data — the page viewed, clicks, device type, country and a random browser ID — to understand which works people look at. No names, and no advertising trackers.
- Your wishlist: kept in your own browser, not on our servers.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, payments and email, bound by confidentiality. They handle your data only to provide these services to us. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (8 years). Enquiries and usage data are kept for up to 2 years.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to team@dilonitechnologies.in.
